Financial Literacy

Students who enroll in this course will learn about the aspects of personal finance and how to make positive financial decisions. This course aims to help students develop appropriate money management skills both now and in the future. The personal finance topics explored in this course include: budgeting, saving, banking, compound interest, retirement, credit cards, loans (including car loans and mortgages), the stock market, and product profitability. This course will be hybrid in nature, as learning will occur both in the classroom and through the use of online resources.
