Students will participate in various lifetime activities to promote stress management and relaxation. They will participate in team sports that foster team-building strategies and good sportsmanship. In addition, safety measures and many crucial life lessons will also be learned. These lessons include the following: Basic water safety and lifesaving skills, CPR/AED certification, emergency first aid training and emergency procedures, drugs, alcohol, and tobacco prevention, and healthy relationships/violence prevention.
