Peer Tutoring (F)





Peer Tutoring is an independent study during the first semester. Selected students will work one-on-one with tutees in the Resource Center and/or will be placed in a classroom to assist students who need extra support in the identified content area. Credit varies based on how many blocks per week the student tutors. Application Process: Interested students must obtain the recommendation of their school counselor and the classroom teacher in the content they wish to tutor. Students must maintain an unweighted 3.0 GPA and have received an A or B in each course they plan to tutor. Applications are available in the counseling office.
