The Drowsy Chaperone Ticket Pre-Sale Information
Please click on buy now next to each show date to access the ticket pre-sale. The pre-sale starts Friday February 3, 2017 at 12:00 PM and ends February 7, 2017 at 11:59 PM. Tickets go on sale to the general public on February 10, 2017 at 12:00 PM.

I am a Theater Angel; how do I order my tickets?
Theater Angels will receive information about the Theater Angels Ticket Pre-Sale via the email address provided when you volunteered.
What happens to the pre-order form I already turned in?
The ticket form turned in will not be processed. If you would like to receive a digital copy of the ticket form you submitted, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I sent money with my paper pre-order ticket form?
The original ticket order form and money will be returned to you.
Why do I have to redo my ticket pre-order when I already submitted a paper form?
In order to provide the most consistent pre-order experience for everyone, it was decided that we would start the entire pre-sale process over again.
Do I have to pre-order online?
No. The box office will be open on February 3 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM and February 4 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM to allow you to purchase tickets in person.
What about the lottery number I picked up during the company meeting?
The lottery number is no longer needed. The lottery number was used to determine the order by which the paper pre-order forms would be fulfilled.
Why wasn’t this communicated from the beginning?
As mentioned in the ticket information letter (available here), our electronic ticketing solution was not approved recently. Operating under the assumption that the new system may not be ready in time, it was determined to proceed with the paper ticket pre-order method. In addition, the communication regarding electronic ticketing was withheld until the system was approved.
What is the password to buy tickets?
The password to purchase tickets can be found on the Student Ticket Pre-Order form. Extra forms can be found in the band office and were sent digitally via Remind. Since this is a public website, the password is not listed to ensure that the pre-order is only available only to those involved in the spring musical.
Can I choose my own seats?
Yes! You can also allow the system to choose the best seats available on your behalf.
I need an accessible or wheelchair seat. How do I request those online?
Please email email@example.com for assistance with placing your order. Alternatively, you may visit the box office to obtain accessible/wheelchair tickets.
Do I have to use a credit card?
All tickets purchased online must be paid for using a credit card. To pay with cash or check, please visit the box office (during regular or pre-sale hours) to purchase your tickets in person.
Can I buy tickets for multiple shows in one transaction?
Not at this time.
What if I don’t have a printer at home?
You can access your ticket barcodes and event information using the Eventbrite app for iOS or Android. You may also visit the box office (during pre-sale or regular hours) to have your tickets printed. Please bring your order number (found on your confirmation email) with you to the box office and valid photo ID.
What nights do cast A and B perform?
Cast A performs on March 3, 4, and 10. Cast B performs on March 5, 9, and 11.
